Don’t miss Pumpkinfest this weekend! One of Franklin’s most popular street festivals, the 35th annual Pumpkinfest takes place on October 27th. I’ve posted some festival highlights below, from the Heritage Foundation’s website but you can click here to see all the details.

Festival Highlights

Church of the City Kids’ Zone: As in years past, we’ll have a full block of free children’s activities from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Bouncy houses, pony rides, face painting, games, a dedicated preschool area, and much more will keep your kids entertained for hours.

Trick-or-Treat Around the Festival: Many of our vendors, tents and downtown merchants will be happily giving out candy to adults and kids with creative contests. Don’t forget to pick up your official Jackson trick-or-treat bag on your way into the festival (while supplies last).

(NEW DETAILS!) Costume Contests: Our costume contests are back and better than ever this year! Costume contest categories are ages 0 to 2, 3 to 6 , 7 to 11, 12 and over, Groups and pets.
